For photographers
Two tiers: a branded subdomain, or your own custom domain with the InstantPix footer removed entirely.
Once a studio has its own site, delivering from someone else's domain undercuts it — the client's last impression of the work carries a logo that isn't yours.
Two things are worth separating here, because they are usually confused. Your studio name, logo and accent colour appear on every delivery gallery already, free, for every approved photographer. What the higher tiers add is the address: first a branded subdomain, then your own custom domain with the InstantPix footer removed, so the page carries nothing of ours at all.
Studio name, logo and accent colour. This part is free and applies to every gallery.
A branded subdomain, or your own domain on the top tier.
A custom domain needs two records; both are shown to you and both are verified before it goes live.
Clients open a clean URL. On the top tier the InstantPix footer is gone.
Branding is free for every approved photographer. A branded subdomain is available from the mid tier; a custom domain on the top tier, one per studio.
