This Refund Policy is issued by InstantPix Technology Private Limited (CIN: U62011KA2026PTC221385), registered office at C/o Kowshik Ashirwad Apts, 2nd Flr, New Extension Road, Dharmaram College, Bangalore South, Karnataka 560029, India.
All bookings on InstantPix are subject to this Refund Policy. Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Client-initiated cancellation:
Photographer-initiated cancellation:
If a photographer cancels an accepted booking at any time, the client receives a 100% refund plus a ₹500 service credit applicable to their next booking.
If a photographer fails to show up for a confirmed booking without prior notice, the client is entitled to a 100% refund. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled event via support@instantpixapp.com with proof (messages, timestamps).
If delivered photos materially fail to meet the agreed scope (e.g., wrong event, significant technical failures), you may file a dispute within 7 days of photo delivery. InstantPix will mediate between both parties. Partial refunds of up to 50% may be granted at our discretion after review.
Subjective style preferences (lighting, editing style) do not qualify for refunds if the photographer fulfilled the agreed scope.
The InstantPix platform commission is non-refundable except in cases of photographer no-show or photographer-initiated cancellation.
Email support@instantpixapp.com with subject "Refund Request — [Booking ID]". Include your name, booking ID, and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
