Studio team — a crew, without handing over the keys
Portfolio, pricing, bookings: grant what a crew member needs. The money and identity surfaces are not on the list of things that can be granted.
Sharing one login with a second shooter is how studios have always worked, and it means the person covering your Saturday can also see your payouts, your KYC documents and your bank details.
Crew get their own accounts and a scope. Earnings, KYC and billing are not in any scope — not hidden behind a setting, but outside what a delegate can be granted at all, and enforced on the server rather than by hiding a menu. Roster changes and page edits are recorded so you can see who changed what.

Availability
Live for photographer accounts; the studio chat room is switched on separately.
Questions
- Can a crew member see what I earn?
- No. Earnings, KYC and billing sit outside the set of scopes that can be granted at all, and the server rejects a delegate on those routes regardless of what the interface shows.
- Can they take over my account?
- No. They act on your studio pages within the scopes you granted, from their own login. Ownership does not transfer and cannot be delegated.
- Who can see the activity feed?
- You and your managers. It is a governance view rather than something the whole crew reads.
- Can I revoke access?
- Yes, at any time, and it takes effect on the server immediately rather than at their next sign-in.
