Publish from Lightroom Classic
Your catalogue, your develop settings, your collections — with InstantPix as one more publish destination at the end of it.
Nobody wants a delivery tool that asks them to change how they edit. The catalogue, the collections and the develop settings are the work; the gallery is what happens afterwards.
The InstantPix plugin appears in Lightroom Classic like any other publish service. Drag photos into a published collection, hit publish, and Lightroom exports and uploads them with the edits baked in. Re-publish an edited frame and it replaces the one in the gallery. The originals in your catalogue are never touched.
How it works

Install the plugin
Add it once in Lightroom's Plug-in Manager.

Connect it with a token
Generate a publishing token in your account and paste it in. It is revocable at any time.

Point a collection at an event
Each published collection maps to one event, and you can have several.

Publish
Lightroom exports as JPEG in sRGB and uploads. Edit and re-publish to replace.

Questions
- Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic?
- Classic. The plugin is a Publish Service, which is a Classic concept — that is also where the catalogue lives for most working photographers.
- Can I publish video through it?
- No. Video is disabled in the export configuration; the plugin publishes JPEGs. Upload clips through the web or the app instead.
- What can the token do if it leaks?
- It is scoped to publishing and cannot reach your payouts or earnings. Revoke it from your account and it stops working immediately — you can hold several and revoke one without disturbing another machine.
- I changed the keywords and it did not re-publish.
- That is deliberate. Metadata-only edits do not mark a photo for re-publish — only develop and rendered changes do, so a keywording session does not silently re-upload your entire gallery.
